Celery Mousse
- large root celery
- Salted water
- Ground fish or meat
- Melted butter
Peel and rinse large root celery; boil in slightly salted water. Scoop out and fill with a mixture of ground fish or meat. Place in a baking dish, pour melted butter over, and bake in oven about 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
