Cauliflower Soup with Bouillon

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 quarts bouillon
  • 1 head cauliflower
Melt butter, blend in flour and stir until lightly brown. Add bouillon and bring to the boiling point. Clean cauliflower, break into small pieces and cook in the bouillon for 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serves 6.
