Cauliflower, Duchese
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wash cauliflower carefully, and save outside leaves for another meal. Cook the head in boiling water until just tender; add some salt the last few minutes of cooking. Serve whole or in florets. Heat remaining ingredients together and pour atop cauliflower.
