Catfish

  • Catfish
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Flour
Cut off the heads, strip off the skin and wash clean in cold water. Wipe dry. Season with pepper and salt and dust lightly with flour. Put in boiling lard or beef drippings. Fry until brown.
