Catfish Chowder

  • 2 catfish
  • 2 good sized onions
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • A little celery or celery seed
  • A little thyme
  • A little parsley
Skin the catfish and boil until thoroughly done. Pick very fine. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour over all about 1 quart of boiling water. Cook quickly for about half an hour.
