Castle Pudding
- 1 heaping Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- For sauce:
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp wine
- 1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients and heat well. Turn into buttered baking dish or small individual dishes. Bake at 400 degrees F 20-25 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve with sauce.
To make sauce, mix and boil all ingredients for sauce, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over pudding.
