Cassa Rolls
- Irish potatoes, boiled
- Salt meat, finely chopped*
- Eggs, well beaten
- 1 spoonful butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- *salt cured pork leg
Boil the potatoes until quite done. Mash them smooth and add an equal quantity of chopped salt meat. Mix with this several well-beaten eggs, butter and some pepper and salt.
Bake in little cakes like potato cakes.
