Carrot Loaf

  • 1 1/2 cups raw carrots, ground
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1 cup peanuts, ground
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tbsps red or green peppers
  • 3 Tbsps bacon, minced
  • 1 Tbsp onion juice
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
Mix the ingredients in the order given. Bake the loaf in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F for approximately an hour. Serve with tomato sauce, if your little heart desires.
