Caramel Pudding
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pint milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
Let milk boil, then add the cornstarch moistened with milk; boil sugar and scorch on a tin pie-dish. Then pour into the cornstarch, stirring very quickly. Pour into mold.
