Caper Sauce
- Capers, chopped
- 1/2 pint drawn butter (see Drawn Butter Sauce recipe)
- 1 large spoonful caper juice
Add the chopped capers to the drawn butter along with the juice from the bottle in which the capers came from. Simmer. Serve in a tureen.
