Caper Sauce
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 pint stock
- Pepper
- Salt
- Worcester sauce (see Worcester Sauce recipe)
- Capers
Put the butter and flour in a saucepan. Stir the mixture on the stove until it acquires a brown color. Add the boiling stock, free from fat. Season with pepper, salt and a little Worcester sauce. When the sauce boils, add in plenty of capers. Let it boil once more and it is ready.
