Canned Mushrooms

  • Canned mushrooms
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Open the can and drain the liquid. Put the mushrooms ina saucepan with a little cream and butter, pepper and salt. Simmer gently for 5-10 minutes (be patient, you rascal). When the meat is on the platter, pour the mushrooms over it.
