California Fruit Cup

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • Powdered sugar
  • Crushed pineapple
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut all but 4 strawberries into two equal parts. Place the berries in 4 sherbet glasses. Sprinkle a teaspoon of powdered sugar over each then cover with crushed pineapple, allowing 1/3 cup for each serving. Place 1 whole berry in the center. Serve very cold either as an appetizer or a dessert.
