Calf's Liver

  • Calf's liver & heart
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp flour
Wash the calf's liver and heart through and through. Chop them as fine as possible after they have been boiled until quite tender. Add pepper, salt and flour, straining into it a little of the water.
