Cabbage Pudding
- 1 head of cabbage
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 lb bread crumbs
- 4 ounces melted butter
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Boil the cabbage until tender. Chop fine. Add the beaten eggs, bread crumbs, melted butter and enough milk to make it as thick as mush. Add pepper and salt to taste. Bake in a dish until the eggs and milk are cooked.
