Buttered Lima Beans

  • Lima Beans
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Pepper
Shell the beans. Put in cold water and set aside and take a deep breath for half an hour. Transfer into boiling water with a little salt. Cook until tender. Drain. Add butter and pepper.
