Buckwheat Cakes
  • 1 pint buckwheat
  • 1/2 pint meal, sifted
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 4 Tbsps yeast
  • 1 1/2 pint lukewarm water
Mix all of the above ingredients together. beat well. Set aside to rise up until the next morning.
