Browned Oatmeal
- Cold oatmeal, cut into slices
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsps milk
- Bacon fat
Beat up the egg with the milk. Dip the slices of oatmeal in this. Heat a little bacon fat to bubbling in a frying pan. Brown the slices in it.
