Brown Sauce
- Stock
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp onion, chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
Heat up the stock.
Blend together the butter and flour. Add to the hot stock with the cloves, bay leaf, chopped parsley and onion. Cook for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Strain.
Serve hot with cannelloni of beef or rolled beef.
