Brown Peanut Butter Sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 5 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Few grains pepper
Melt butter in sauce pan. Brown richly and add peanut butter and flour. Stir constantly until smooth, continue browning; then slowly add the chicken stock still stirring constantly. Season with pepper and salt. Stir constantly until smooth.
