Brown Cream Sauce

  • 2-3 Tbsps butter
  • 2 Tbsps flour
  • 2-3 cups stock
Melt the butter. Add flour and cook until light brown. Add stock gradually. Add cream when nearly done. Serve with veal, chicken or game.
