  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • Cracker dust
  • Pepper
  • Salt
After they have been emptied, wash them and wipe dry. Dip in beaten egg yolk and roll, roll, roll in cracker dust seasoned with pepper and salt. Fry in hot lard or drippings until brown.
