Broiled Soft-Shelled Crabs
- 6 good sized soft-shelled crabs
- Oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 pinch of pepper
- 6 pieces toast
- Butter, melted
Clean and wash the oysters well. Drain and oil slightly. Season with pepper and salt. Put on the broiler. Broil for 5 minutes on each side. Lay a crab on top of each toast. Slightly glaze them with a little melted butter. Serve. This dish must be served very hot.
