Broiled Kidneys
- 3 pieces kidney
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Lemon juice
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to season
Wash kidneys well and cut into thin pieces 3 inches long and 3 inches wide. Run a skewer through to hold them together. Season with pepper and salt, brush with butter and put in a broiler to cook for 4 minutes, turning all sides. Serve with plenty of melted butter, chopped parsley and lemon juice.
