Broiled Ham & Eggs
- Ham, thinly sliced
- Eggs
- Pepper
- Salt
Take the rind off the ham. Soak the slices in hot water. Broil and place on a hot platter.
Break as many eggs as you need into a pan of boiling water. When the white is done, dip the egg out carefully and lay it on the ham. Sprinkle pepper and salt over each egg and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
