Broccoli a la Polonaise

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
Clean the broccoli, cook it for 25 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Fry the bread crumbs and chopped eggs in hot browned butter. Pour it over the hot broccoli and serve hot. Serves 2.
