Breakfast Puffs

  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 pint milk
  • Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 pints flour
Take the beaten eggs and stir into the milk. Add a little salt, melted butter and the flour. Stir thoroughly so as to avoid lumps. Grease the cups into which you are going to pour the batter. Fill them 2/3 full. Bake in a hot oven at 400°F.
