Boil 2 good sized potatoes in 2 1/2 pints of water. When done, mash. Scald 1 pint of flour with the water off the potatoes. Slowly stir in the potatoes. When warm, stir in 1/2 teacup of homemade yeast, previously soaked in lukelukewarm water (above 90 degrees). Let rise over night. When light work stiff, add salt, let rise with love and patience, then work into loaves and put in pans. Let rise and when light, bake.
