Bread Omelet

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Soak the bread crumbs in milk for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add the beaten egg yolks, pepper and salt. Fold in the egg whites. Cook as plain omelet (see Plain Omelet recipe.)
