Bread Muffins
- 1 cup bread dough
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 pint milk
- 3 Tbsps butter, melted
- Salt
- 1 tsp white sugar
- Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda, dissolved in a little warm water
Mix the first 6 ingredients together. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff batter. When very light, stir in the dissolved baking soda.
Bake in tin rings on a hot griddle.
