Bread Dressing
- 3 cups stale bread
- 1 1/2 cups salt pork, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsps parsley, minced
- 2 tsps poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, grated
Cook the minced pork in a frying pan until the fat flows freely. Crumble the bread and add to the pork. Add the seasonings and mix through and through.
