Boston Fry
- Oysters
- Egg batter (see Batter Fried Oysters recipe)
- Cracker meal
- Butter
- Tomato sauce
- Parsley, chopped
Prepare the oysters in egg batter and cracker meal.
Fry in butter over a slow fire for about 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
Cover the hollow of a hot platter with tomato sauce.
Place the oysters in it, but not covering.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the oysters.
