Boston Bean Roast
- 2 cups cold baked beans
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 Tbsps tomato catsup
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients, Mold into the shape of loaf. Bake 25 minutes in moderately hot oven.
