Bordelaise Sauce (Creole Style)
- 1 onion or 2 shallots, very finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Put onion or shallots in saucepan with olive oil. Saute well, then add Worcestershire. Pour sauce over filets or any kind of steak.
