Bonnefeadas
- 1 quart flour
- Butter
- Sugar
- Pulverized cinnamon
Make a rich paste with the flour. Roll it out very thin, first dividing it in 2 pieces. Spread it with creamed butter, sugar and pulverized cinnamon. Roll it up and cut into pieces 1 inch wide. Put in a pan with the whole side down. Spread with butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Bake quickly at 400°F. Take them out of the pan while still hot.
