Boiled Rockfish
- Rockfish
- Salt
- Pepper
Clean the fish and rub well with pepper and salt. Put in a large, deep pan so that the fish may lie at full length. Cover with cold water, adding pepper and salt. Boil steadily for 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). Dish and serve proudly with melted butter and sauce or catsup.
