Boiled Kohl-Rabi

  • Kohl-Rabi
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Wash and pare the vegetable, then cut in thin slices. Put in salted, boiling water and boil until the vegetable is tender. This will take from 30-50 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Pour off the water.

Season with butter, pepper and salt.
