Boiled Ham
- 10 lbs ham
- 1 pint vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- Thyme
- Parsley
Let the ham soak for 24 hours, changing the water 2-3 times.
Boil the ham slowly for 2 hours. Put vinegar, a bay leaf, a little thyme and parsley in the water. Take the ham out and bake.
