Boiled Green Peas
- Green peas
- Salt
- 1 heaping Tbsp butter
Shell the green peas and lay in cold water until half an hour before serving. Put in boiling water and boil steadily for half an hour. Add a little salt just before removing from the fire. Drain. Add a heaping tablespoon of butter and put in a covered dish.
