Boiled Eggs

If you use an egg boiler, place the eggs in it just as breakfast is served. Pour full of boiling water and send to the table. They will cook sufficiently in 5-6 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
If boiled in the kitchen, place them carefully into the boiling water with a spoon so as not to crack the shells. Boil for 3 minutes and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
To poach eggs, drop them carefully, one at a time, into muffin rings set in the boiling water. As soon as the whites are set, they are done. Serve in a shallow dish.
