Boiled Currant Pudding
- 14 ounces flour
- 7 ounces suet, finely minced
- 7 ounces currants
- Milk
- Butter
- Sugar
Wash and dry the currants. Mix the currants with the minced suet and flour. Moisten the mixture with enough milk to form a stiff batter. Place in a floured cloth and plunge into boiling water. Boil for 4 hours. Serve with butter and sugar.
