Boiled Codfish
  • Codfish
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Hard boiled eggs
Boil the codfish over a slow fire and skim frequently. Season with salt. Garnish with parsley and rings of hard boiled eggs. Serve with butter and egg sauce.
