Boiled Bass

- 2 Tbsps salt
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Clean the fish. Place in a saucepan with enough water to cover it. Add salt. Set the saucepan on the stove. When it has boiled for about 5 minutes, try to pull out one of the fins. If it loosens easily from the body, take the fish out of the water. Lay on a platter. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs. Serve with a sauce.
