Blushing Bunny
- 1 1/2 lbs cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup cooked, strained tomato, or canned tomato soup
- 1/3 tsp mustard
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Melt the cheese. Add the butter and tomato, stirring constantly. Season. Add the lemon juice just before serving.
