Bluefish Salad
- 3 cups cold, flaked bluefish - cooked
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
Marinate the flaked fish in French dressing made from olive oil, vinegar, salt and white pepper. Arrange on a nest of lettuce.
Serve with mayonnaise garnished beautifully with chopped olives.
