Blueberry Ice Cream

  • 1 quart fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 quart 20% cream
Boil cleaned blueberries and water 5 minutes, press through sieve. Add sugar, then cream, mix well and freeze. Serves 10.
