Bloody Mary
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp mild vinegar
- pinch of sugar
- half a bay leaf
- 1 tsp of grated or chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk
The tomato juice is mixed with the vinegar, sugar, bayleaf, grated or chopped onion, lemon juice and the crushed celery stalk. It is allowed to stand for 15 minutes and then strained through a fine cheesecloth.
