Blackberry Pudding
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- A little cloves
- A little cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda, dissolved in a little of the milk
- 1 quart blackberries, floured
Mix all of the ingredients well together. Slowly stir in the floured blackberries last. Boil in a heavily buttered mold for 2 hours. Serve with brandy sauce.
