Blackberry Jelly

  • 1 quart blackberries
  • 1 lb loaf sugar
  • 1/2 cup brandy
Crush the blackberries with the sugar. Cook over a gentle fire until thick. Add the brandy. Stir while cooking. When done, put in pots.
