Black Currant Wine
- 4 quarts whiskey
- 4 quarts black currants
- 4 lbs brown or white sugar
- 1 Tbsp cloves
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Crush the currants and let them stand in the whiskey, along with the spices, for 3 weeks. Strain and add the sugar. Set aside again for another 3 weeks. Strain and bottle.
